We’re Janice and Rāhera, and we’ve been in the NZ screen industry for a bit, starting out as television editors and then stepping in to film, direct, write, produce, and event manage. This path reflects both our creative skills, passion for community and lived experience in delivering on projects.

In 2017, after 18 years freelancing, we decided to bring all our skills & passion together under one roof. Welcome to ThreeOne Productions, where we can write it, shoot it, cut it, and ultimately connect you to an audience and community.

We can work with most types of video broadcast / video content material big or small, using Da Vinci Resolve and Adobe software. Whether you need offline or online editing, social media or even some custom graphics, we’ve got you covered.

Rāhera’s passion for Māori performing arts and seeing our Māori kids shine on stage has had her volunteering at every Kapa Haka event in Tāmaki Makaurau since 2005.

Now, this love has turned into a professional gig for ThreeOne Productions. For any event needs, hit up Rāhera!

A big picture we’ve been working on in the background is #MāoriKids. It’s all about giving our tamariki epic experiences with the taiao – think hunting, fishing, foraging, and mastering survival skills in the wild. It’ll be a camp, event, and interactive virtual site all in one!
